Founder Lane Ivy is a native Texan with deep roots in the equine industry. Having qualified for the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo in team roping and competed in the World's Greatest Horseman, Lane brings a lifetime of horse knowledge directly into our construction work. This background offers a rare perspective on what makes a horse facility or barn truly functional—from layout efficiency and animal safety to the daily flow that makes equestrian living practical and enjoyable.

Lane is known for building and leading dependable crews, but he is always ready to work shoulder-to-shoulder with them. His hands-on leadership means staying closely involved in every phase of the project, maintaining stringent quality standards, and stepping in whenever needed to ensure each structure is built without compromise.
Growing with our family and community
As Lane and his wife, Shannon, began raising their young family, Lane transitioned into construction to build a lasting career while staying present at home. What started with custom barns and equine facilities has steadily grown into a full-scale construction company specializing in metal frame buildings, covered arenas, barndominiums, custom fencing, specialty welding, and extensive concrete work for agricultural, residential, and commercial clients throughout our region.
